Do you take trade-ins? Even though I owe money on my trade?
Simple and easy: YES. We offer competitive prices on vehicle values such as NADA. If you own your car outright it’s a straight forward process, we apply the value of your trade-in to your purchase. However, if you owe money on trade-in we would need more information from you. Our finance manager, Gary LaPointe, will explain every step of the trade-in process to make your vehicle purchase easy.
Why do you recommend making appointments to test drive vehicles?
We recommend you set an appointment to test drive your favorite vehicle for a variety of reasons. First, we want to ensure the vehicle is still available. Second, we would like to make sure the vehicle you’re interested in is, in fact, the vehicle you want. Recently, our sales associate Steve Zanetto had a customer drive a long distance only to find out the vehicle he was interested in didn’t have the features he was looking for. Luckily, Steve was able to get him into a different vehicle with the features he wanted. Lastly, setting an appointment for a test drive gives your sales rep time to prepare for your visit. We want the car to be clean, gassed and ready for you.
Can I see the Carfax?
Absolutely! Every vehicle in our inventory has a vehicle history report. We will gladly print you a copy or email one to you. You can also find the Carfax for a vehicle on the vehicle detail page on our website.
How much money will I need for a down payment?
The amount you will need for a down payment is based on a number of factors. We start with our finance manager working with you to determine your credit profile. Then based on the financing you qualify for, the down payment will be estimated.
